Being part of Tucci Elite Baseball means making a commitment to your team, your teammates, and the families who support the program. Our teams rely on players being present so that practices are productive and games and tournaments can be played with a full roster.
Because of this, attendance at practices, games, and tournaments is expected for all rostered players.
Commitment to the Team
When a player accepts a spot on a Tucci team, they are committing to:
Practices are where players develop their skills and where teams prepare to compete. Consistent attendance helps both individual development and team success.
Advance Notice for Conflicts
Tournament Participation
Tournaments are a major part of the Tucci program. Players are expected to attend the entire tournament, including all pool play and bracket games.
Missing part of a tournament can significantly impact the team and their teammates.
Respect for Teammates and Families
Attendance is also a matter of respect.
When players attend consistently and communicate conflicts early, they are showing respect for:
Everyone involved in the program is making a commitment of time and energy, and reliability helps ensure that commitment is honored.
Our Goal
Our goal is simple:
Show up, work hard, support your teammates, and represent Tucci Elite Baseball the right way.
When everyone makes that commitment, the experience is better for players, families, and the program.
